Terri A. Hayek

Terri A. Hayek, age 48 of Meadville, PA passed away on Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at Meadville Medical Center. She was born January 15, 1966 in Meadville the daughter of Dolores (Wible) Hayek and the late George Hayek. She loved sports, enjoyed listening to music and watching game shows. She loved comedy. She is survived by her mother, Dolores Hayek of Meadville, PA, two brothers; Russell Hayek and his wife, Sharon of Meadville, PA and Richard Hayek of Pleasantville, Ohio, several nieces and nephews, her caregivers of 20 years, Suzanne and Robert Mudger of Meadville, PA, and their two daughters, who were like sisters to Terri, Kristina Mudger and Lindsay Mudger both of Meadville, PA She was preceded in death by her father and by a sister, Louise Hayek. Family and friends may call on Thursday from 5 to 7 PM at the Hatheway-Tedesco Funeral Home & Crematory, 614 Baldwin Street, Meadville, PA 16335. Family and friends are welcome to attend the funeral service at 7 PM on Thursday at the funeral home with the Rev. Benjamin Travis, pastor of Trinity Lutheran Church, Meadville, officiating.
