Terry Mailliard

Terry E. Mailliard, age 77, of Guys Mills, PA passed away Wednesday November 1, 2023 at UPMC Hamot after a brief illness with family by his side.  He was born on February 10, 1946 in Guys Mills, PA to the late Wilfred and Beulah (Cutshall) Mailliard.  He married Daphne Shilling on May 2, 1964.  She survives.

Terry was a glass worker at PPG Industries until his retirement at age 62.  He enjoyed going to camp and feeding his fish.  He enjoyed time with his grandchildren and his dog, Major.  He also enjoyed hunting with his sons.

In addition to his loving wife of 59 years, Daphne, he is survived by his sons, Jeffrey Mailliard and his wife, Michelle of Titusville, PA and James Mailliard of Guys Mills, PA; his grandchildren, Luke Mailliard and Aleah Rambo; 5 great grandchildren; one sister, ValJean Osborn and her husband, Ed of Hadley, PA; sisters-in-law, Janet and Cindy both of Meadville, PA and brother-in-law, Earl Karns of Cochranton, PA.

In addition to his parents, Terry was preceded in death by his brothers, Jack, Richard and David Mailliard and his sister, Linda Karns.

As per Terry’s wishes, there will be no public services.  A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
