Thelma Geiser

Thelma Rose Geiser, age 82, of Saegertown, PA passed away peacefully on Sunday October 9, 2022 at her residence.  She was born on June 1, 1940 in Newportville, PA to the late Joseph and Edna (New) Kelly.  She married Edward Geiser 62 years ago.  He preceded her in death on August 17, 2021.

Thelma was a baker at Edinboro Wal-Mart bakery for over 30 years.  She was of the Christian faith.  She enjoyed planting flowers, shopping excursions with her daughter, long walks with her daughter and her dogs, Sadie and Cupcake (who she absolutely loved and called her baby).  She also enjoyed sitting in the sun poolside watching her kids, grandkids and great grandkids swim.

She is survived by her daughter, Sharon Geiser; her sons, Joe Geiser and his wife, Kay and Randy Geiser and her daughter-in-law, Missy Geiser and her brother, Elwood Kelly.  She will be sadly missed by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and her beloved cat, Snowball.

Thelma was preceded in death by her husband; her son, Scott Allen Geiser and many brothers and sisters.

She will be truly missed by her best friend and caretaker, her daughter Sharon; who got to spend the past year with her after her husband passed away.

The family would like to send a sincere thank you to Hospice of Crawford County for their wonderful care.  Also to Joshua Huff and Missy Geiser for giving her the best care possible and helping carry out her final wishes to remain in her own home.

A private memorial service will be held at Grace Church of McKean, PA.
