Tracy Ann Cutchen HARTVILLE, Mo. Tracy Ann Cutchen, 41, died Tuesday, May 28, 2013, in Hartville, Mo. She was born April 15, 1972, in Meadville, a daughter of George Hazen and Linda Brumbaugh Hazen. She married James Cutchen, who survives. Tracy was a graduate of Saegertown High School. She was employed at Quality Market and a handicap service in Juneau, Alaska. She was a surgical tech in the U.S. Air Force. She was affiliated with the Free Church in Juneau. Survivors include her husband of Hartville; her parents, Paul and Linda Curley of Saegertown; a daughter, Abbey Backman of Anchorage, Alaska; three sons, Jonathan Backman of Portland, Ore., and Dakota Cutchen and Noah Cutchen, both of Hartville; a sister, Tammy Boyle of Saegertown; a brother, Edward Curley and his wife, Tristan, of Jacksonville, Fla.; several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles; and her ex-husband, Brian Backman of Portland. She was preceded in death by her father, George Hazen. There are no calling hours. A private memorial service will take place at Venango Cemetery. Interment will be in Venango Cemetery, with U.S. Air Force military honors assisted by the Erie Crawford County Burial Detail.
