Veronica Gilbert

Veronica “Ronnie” Gilbert, age 65, of Meadville, PA passed away peacefully at Meadville Medical Center on April 2, 2021.  She was born in Meadville, PA on May 11, 1955 to Beverly and Robert McCartney.

Ronnie attended Cochranton High School.  She drove school bus for Hubbard for 20 plus years.   She enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and morning coffee time with her friends and she loved her poodle, Happy.

She is survived by her son, Michael Gilbert of Meadville, PA; her adopted son, Mark Tatters and his wife, Rachael of Meadville, PA; her daughter, Brenda Perrine of Meadville; 6 grandchildren, Tylor and Nathan Perrine, Autumn McCune, River, Remington and Julie; 4 great-grandchildren; her sister, Sharon and her brother, Bobby.

The family would like to thank Meadville Medical Center ICU nurses and staff for their care and compassion during her time there.
