Vicki Reed

Vicki Lynn Reed, age 63, of Guys Mills, PA went home to her Lord and Saviour surrounded by her loved ones, on Wednesday February 12, 2025 after a long fight with cancer.  She was born in Lackawanna, NY on June 7, 1961 to the late John and Edna (Beyler) Gammon. She married Randy Reed on April 6, 2002. He survives.

Vicki was a 1979 graduate of Keystone High School of Knox, PA. She was a cook at multiple restaurants where she met many, many dear friends along the way.

She enjoyed taking care of many kids as she provided childcare for numerous families. She also volunteered for anything that she was asked at Maplewood sporting events and Townville Baptist Church. She also enjoyed thrifting and finding something “good.”

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Amber Lynn Banner (Abygail Carl) of Clarion, PA and Dylan James Reed (Tanner Horn) of Guys Mills, PA; her mother-in-law, Betty Glass of Franklin, PA; her sister-in-law, Missy Garich (Christopher) of Franklin, PA and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her stepmother, Clara Gammon and her father-in-law, James Glass.

Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Life on Saturday March 8, 2025 from 2-5 pm at Townville Baptist Church Fellowship Hall, 33274 N. Main St., Townville, PA 16360.
