Vincent Tito

April 9, 1940 — November 4, 2019

Vincent Tito, age 79, of Meadville passed away at his residence on Monday, November 4, 2019 surrounded by his family after a battle with pancreatic cancer.  He was born April 9, 1940 in Passaic, New Jersey to the late Vincent and Clara (Brown) Tito.

Vincent was a 1958 graduate of Clifton High School, NJ.  He graduated from Passaic County Community College in 1978 with an Associate’s degree in Science.  He was employed by Ford Motor Company as an IBM Programmer; Okonite as a Computer Programmer and Air-Wick as a Computer Programmer (where he met his wife, Donna-Lee.) He retired from the Meadville Postal Service in 2004.  He served in the United States Marine Corp. alongside his brother, Jerry.  Vincent was of Lutheran faith.  He was a social member of Vernon Central Hose Fire Hall.  He was a member of the American Postal Workers Union.  He loved hunting, fishing, playing golf and working in his yard.  He fully enjoyed living life.

He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Donna-Lee; two sons, Jim Tito of Parrish, FL and Dan Tito and his wife, Kristen of Ocean Grove, NJ; five grandchildren, Danielle Yoder and husband, Kendall of Bradenton, FL; Janine Borgia and husband, Jim of Sarasota, FL; Christopher Tito and significant other, Lauren of Dallas, TX; Alex and Craig Tito of Ocean Grove, NJ; 3 great grandchildren, Arianna and Abigail Yoder and Annalis Borgia; and one sister, Kathleen Windt and significant other, Greg of Lincoln Park, NJ.

Vincent was preceded in death by his parents; his twin brother, Jerry; his daughter-in-law, Lisa Tito and his dog, Kelly-Lee.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
