Virginia K. Byrne

Virginia K. Byrne, age 66, of Meadville, PA, passed away on Friday, August 28, 2015 at her residence. She was born November 6, 1948 in Meadville, PA the daughter of the late Vance Edward Mattocks and Kaye Smith Mattocks. She married Charles R. Byrne on August 16, 1969. In preceded her in death. She was affiliated with St. Brigid Church. She loved her dog Chico and her dog Midnight. Virginia is survived by two daughters: Tina Boumans and her husband Luke of Gastonia, North Carolina and Almalena Toth and her husband Joseph W. Toth of Meadville, PA, a son: Charles Byrne and his wife Lynne of Sandy Lake, PA, 12 grandchildren: Tenesa Boumans, Kurt Boumans, Samantha Byrne, Jennifer Byrne, Dante Byrne, Brayden Byrne, Virginia Marie Byrne, Joseph William Toth Jr., Christopher Allen Toth, Chelsea Anne Toth, Deanna Lynn Toth, Christina Allision Toth, five great-grandchildren, three sisters; Jennifer Mattocks of Erie, PA, Cinnamon Mattocks of Franklin, PA and Dolly Mattocks of Meadville, PA, four brothers: Victor Mattocks and his wife Marylynn of Meadville, PA, Jeffrey Mattocks of Franklin, PA, Ed Mattocks Jr. of Franklin, PA and Sam Mattocks of Cochranton, PA. She is further survived by many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by a brother: Stanley Mattocks.
