Walter E. Lasch Iii

Walter Edward Lasch III, age 66, of Conneaut Lake, PA passed away on November 18, 2023.  He was born on August 5, 1957 in Meadville, PA to the late Walter Edward Jr and Irma L. (Ketterer) Lasch.  He married Heidi Joan Mead on May 8, 1982. She survives.

Walter was proud owner and operator of Lasch’s Auto Sales and Service for most of his life.  He attended Lake Church of Conneaut Lake and spent many years Our Lady Queen of the Americas church.

Walter was a kind and cherished man.  He took pride in his business and enjoyed serving his community in countless ways.  He adored Conneaut Lake and all of its small-town perks like High School Reunions, the sweet smiles of the waitresses at the local diners, and living in a place where everyone knows your name.  If you know Walter, you know he was happiest at the golf course where many joyful memories were made.

In addition to his wife, Walter is survived by his daughters, Bridget Lasch and her significant other, Andrew Allen and Lydia Link and her husband, Michael; his grandchildren, Isaac Walter and Florence Anne Link; two sisters, Diane Healey and her significant other, Erin and Dorothy Gagen and her husband, Jim and his brother, David Lasch and his wife, Connie.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Michael Andrew Lasch.

Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday November 25, 2023 from 12- 3 pm at Dickson Funeral Home and Crematory, 130 N. 2nd St., Conneaut Lake, PA.
