Wanda E. Anderson

Wanda E. Anderson, of Meadville, PA passed away on Friday, August 29, 2014 at Meadville Medical Center. She was born December 16, 1943 in Rockland Township, Venango County, PA the daughter of the late John Arlo and Evelyn Marie Stearns Bump. She had been the manager of Burger King prior to retiring. She had also been the manager of the Fairview/Fairmont Apartments for many years in Meadville, PA. She was of the United Methodist Faith. She loved spending time with her grandchildren. She enjoyed her time crocheting and playing computer games on Facebook and kept in touch with all of her family and friends through Facebook. She also was an avid wrestling fan. Wanda is survived by two daughters; Joyce Hollabaugh and her husband Douglas of Cochranton, PA and Kathleen Gajdowski and her husband Joseph of Saegertown, PA, a son; Bernard Barr and his companion, Jennifer Bowles of Meadville, PA, nine grandchildren; Dyanna Gajdowski, Joseph Gajdowski, Gennifer Gajdowski, Jasmine Turnbull, Emily Smith, Sean Barr, Tabatha Hollabaugh, Ella Hollabaugh and Sarah Barr, three sisters; Bonnie Carolus of Meadville, PA, Karen Cervone and her husband Jerry of Meadville, PA, and Gustie Murphy and her husband, John of Meadville, PA, two brothers; Daniel Bump and his wife Arlene of Meadville, PA and David Bump and his wife Karen of Corry, PA. Wanda is further survived by many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. In addition to her parents, Wanda was preceded in death by a sister, Frances Ender and two brothers, Richard Bump and an infant brother, Andrew Bump. Family and friends may call on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM at the Hatheway-Tedesco Funeral Home & Crematory, 614 Baldwin Street, Meadville, PA Family and friends are welcome to attend the funeral service on Wednesday at 11 AM at the funeral home, with the Pastor Greg Spencer of the Cochranton United Methodist Church and the Rev. David Bault of the Abundant Life Fellowship Church. Burial will be in the Melat Cemetery, Rockland Township, Venango County.
