William Henry Mead

    William Henry Mead, age 53 of Meadville, PA passed away on Saturday, August 6, 2016 at his residence.             William was born March 3, 1963, in Delaware Ohio the son of the late Henry C. Mead and Vonnetta Newell Mead.             He graduated from Meadville High School in l981. He loved fishing and hunting and outdoor activities, and was an avid Dungeon & Dragons player. William was a Pittsburgh Steelers football fan.             William is survived by a sister: S. Jane Rose of Columbus, Ohio, two nephews: Brett A. Rose of Meadville, PA and Master Sgt. Elvin L. Rose II, United States Air Force stationed in England, his aunt Karen L. Ellison of Columbus, Ohio, and her daughter Sarah Alawi of Chicago, IL, Aunt Patricia Banks and Aunt Stephanie Newell both of Columbus, Ohio and a special friend Nicole Glynn of Verbank, New York             He was preceded in death by his parents.             Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.             Please sign William’s online guestbook at hatheway-tedesco.com There will be a gofundme account established in his name to help defray the cost of the funeral services and any remaining funds will be donated to the American Heart Association.             Arrangements have been entrusted to the Hatheway-Tedesco Funeral Home & Crematory, 614 Baldwin Street, Meadville, PA 16335
