William "Will" Starn Ii

William “Will” Everette Starn II, age 52, of Meadville, PA passed away at his home on Monday December 4, 2023.  He was born on January 22, 1971 in Cleveland, OH to William E. Sr. and Stella M. (Phillips) Starn.

Will received his high school diploma in the US Navy. He was a former member of the Hunting and Fishing Club, VFW Post #2006 and East Mead VFW #9.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his daughter.

In addition to his parents, Bill and Stella of Meadville, PA, he is survived by the joy of his life, his daughter, Bella Madison Grace Starn at home; his long-time friend and partner, Melissa “Missy” Ann Beebe; two sisters, Suzanne Filipos and her husband, George of Charleston, SC and Stephanie Gardner of Cortland, OH; his niece, Zoey Olive Gardner and his nephew, Gunner Duane Gardner and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, James O. Starn and Grace Puri and his maternal grandparents, Olive and William Philips and his aunts, Ruth Nagare and Kathie Phillips.

Services were private at the convenience of the family.  A Celebration of Will’s Life will be held at a later date.
