Sonny was a graduate of Cambridge Springs High School. He worked for Ron Kessler Construction for many years. He attended First Church of God in Meadville. He was a member of Vernon Twp. Fire Hall, was an avid fisherman and hunter, he was a big fan of Nascar #24, Penguins, and Steelers.
