Michael Milesend Jr.

Michael T. Milesend Jr, age 41, of Meadville, PA passed away at his home on Thursday February 12, 2025.  Michael was born December 10, 1983 in Pittsburgh, PA to Michael T. Milesend Sr. and Joanne (Higby) Brenot.

Michael was a graduate of Saegertown High School and Tri-State Technical Institute.  He was employed at Switch-N-Go in Saegertown, PA as a welder and fabricator.

Michael attended Reash Community Church in Cochranton, PA.  He enjoyed fishing, watching his son participate in football and wrestling, taking his son to states for wrestling and spending time outdoors and with his family.  Michael had a very generous and caring heart, always first to help his family and friends.  He would do anything for them.

In addition to his significant other, Stephanie Jones and his parents, Michael is survived by one son, Trevor Milesend of Meadville, PA; two sisters, Caitlyn Camron of Hermitage, PA and Rachel Metzger of Braggs, OK; two brothers, David Kridel of Campbell, OH and Dylan Milesend of Greenville, PA; one sister-in –law, Elaine Kridel of Campbell OH; maternal grandparents, Ethan and Virginia Davis of Meadville, PA and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

Michael was preceded in death by his grandfather, Robert Higby Sr., and his stepfather, William “BJ” Brenot.

Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday February 20, 2025 from 2:00 pm to the time of the funeral service at 4:00 pm at Hatheway-Tedesco Funeral Home and Crematory, 614 Baldwin Street, Meadville, PA 16335. A Celebration of Life will immediately follow the service at Reash Community Church, 4931 US Highway 19, Cochranton, PA 16314.
