R. Richard II and Arlene Tedesco

Richard studied at Point Park College in Pittsburgh, PA, and graduated from the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science in 1970. He served his mortuary internship at the Hatheway Funeral Home, which he and his wife Arlene purchased from Charles and Sue Hatheway beginning in 1976.
Arlene is the wife of Richard, and the mother of Rocco (and Amy). Arlene graduated from the McKeesport Hospital School of Nursing in 1971. She has worked in funeral service for 30 years.
Arlene assists in many aspects of the funeral home. Her compassion to go above and beyond for our families ensures every detail of the funeral process is done with great care.
Arlene also is the final say in all questions between Rocco and Richard!
Richard and Arlene are the parents of Amy Lynne Barrett and Rocco III, and are the grandparents of Vanessa, Zane, and Vivian Griffith, Paige and Ayden Barrett, and Samuel and Rocco IV Tedesco.

Rocco graduated from Meadville High School where he was a 4 sport athlete (and earned 12 varsity letters). He then studied at Wesminster College; graduated from Point Park College (BS-specialized business); graduated from the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science.
Rocco has worked at the funeral home ever since he was a child, and has never really left his family's funeral home. In June of 2012, the Tedesco Family purchased Dickson Funeral Home, Conneaut Lake's original funeral home. Rocco has since taken great pride in the new location as it's new supervisor, and has made his residence above the funeral home.
Rocco is the father of Samuel "Tiger" Tedesco ; Rocco and his wife Brianna, an R.N at UPMC Hamot, are the parents of Sam and Rocco IV, who is called Teddi.
Membership: Vernon Lions, Sigma Phi Epsilon, BPOE 219, National Funeral Directors' Association.
Rocco holds the position as Chief Deputy Coroner of Crawford County.

Michael Conard
Crematory Operator/Monument Salesman
Michael has been an employee at Tedesco's for 14 years. His primary responsibilities include operating both of our crematories and running our monument shop, Gizzie Memorials, however he is a talented handyman and he also oversees the maintenance of our buildings and grounds.
